The raw materials used in the extruder plant are of various compositions to achieve the exact density of the end product relevant to its usage. The high speed mixers are designed to physically mix the dry powder-like ingredients with strengthening chemicals, resin and specified colours. This stage is highly crucial as the right mixture of the raw material gets produced. The robust high speed mixtures are made of SS 304 keeping them safe for damage even when they perform under high heat and handle various chemicals. The container is jacketed with stainless steel insulation allowing you to control heat and cooling exposure as desired. Water circulation and constant heat measurement at heating cooling mixer ensure the mixtures are kept under the right temperature.

Like all other plastic machinery manufactured by us, the mixer's polished inner walls prevent any deposition of materials. The curvature of the mixer allows the materials to flow freely and distribute heat evenly to save energy. The uniquely designed cooling cone is suspended within the mixing vessel to ensure maximum heat transfer while the process is going on.
